| Details: | Founded in 1996, our client is a City based Private Client/ Wealth Management IFA practice, with a strong brand & an excellent reputation. The firm, which currently has 12 Advisers, including the 2 managing partners, provides a bespoke service for its HNW clients, on an advisory basis. The firms core strengths include: An attractive range of client services, including Employee Benefits Consultancy In-house investment management team Financially sound, with a stable management structure Very well established network of professional introducers Superb IT & administration infrastructure Unblemished compliance record Friendly, supportive environment HNW client base (average size of each clients portfolio £500K) Funds Under Influence in the region of £700 million Our client is now seeking to appoint 2 additional experienced Advisers, on an employed basis. Successful candidates may currently be either employed or self employed (perhaps currently running their own practice) & will ideally but not essentially have some portable clients/Funds Under Management. Key requirements are: Diploma qualified, or a good way towards achieving it Well presented, articulate & committed to building long term, caring relationships with clients Able to demonstrate a record of achievement in previous positions Able to communicate effectively in writing Proactive & energetic, with determination to succeed The ability to generate annual fee income of £150K 300K, or above Remuneration/benefits package includes: Basic salary £40K - £80K (or above, for exceptional candidates), plus bonus. Average remuneration (salary plus bonus) equates to around 35% of annual fee income Pension contribution of 6% of gross basic salary (after 6 months qualifying period) 4 x salary DIS life cover (immediate) PHI/Income Protection of 75% of gross basic salary (immediate) Private Health Care (immediate) Whilst these positions are on an employed basis, an attractive self-employed proposition is available for suitable candidates who would prefer this option, details of which can be provided on request. |
